numbers, saying that your eyes are telling you something is wrong. All this talk about the numbers yields nothing. So what, the numbers look good on paper, but the question was about what you are seeing. Yours would not be the first case of good numbers on paper, but the wheels are not in the right place. I suggested wrapping a string around it, to check for gross wrongs, but that takes a little savvy. If you're not comfortable doing that, you could take it back to the shop and have them look at it again, and/or explain to you why it looks the way it does. None of us can see it.
